I arranged a removal from another company in Edinburgh to London. I didn’t like their communication at all, as I’d need to call them all the time to get key information like what date/time they’d be doing the removal in Edinburgh. It was a very stressful experience for me.
On the day, I learned that they hired a Castle Removals van and movers. Which worked out for the best: the driver contacted me without me asking him 5 times, it took minimal time to both remove my items from Edinburgh and move them to my new flat in London, no scratches or damage whatsoever. Everything went smoothly and the movers were very polite.
